3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account with mx365. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any associated balances subject to forfeiture. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

mx365 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and select international card options. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By using our payment services you accept the following conditions:

mx365 offers a variety of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with major Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real funds. The specific rollover amount will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts will result in all associated bonuses being voided and accounts closed.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on the mx365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account, with no obligation of mx365 to provide a refund.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, arbitrage betting in violation of our terms, or any activity that constitutes fraud or misrepresentation.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party. All accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Account-sharing in any form is a direct violation of these Terms.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system through coordinated play, creating multiple accounts, or other strategies intended to extract promotional value beyond what is intended by mx365.

mx365's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mx365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
